Okay, so after a very poor experience in buying my Dodge 1500 BigHorn, I had a few issues that sales promised would get fixed. I was worried I would have a poor experience in service too. But on the contrary, Rick Walters in service was just the OPOSIT. I explained to Rick some of the promises sales gave me… of course the promises weren’t very accurate… but Rick assured me that he would take care of it… and taking care of it he did. He was able to address all of the issues and take care of my concerns. This is the first time the quality of customer service was above and beyond what should be expected from a dealership. I hope they keep Rick around for many more years… because he is the ONLY person I trust with my truck. Thank you Rick Walters. More

I took my new vehicle in for window tinting and he assisted me in upgrading my wheels along with Scott Stephens the Gener courteous and professional. My car was towed from my house to the dealership where it was determined that I had a dead battery. The service staff was extremely helpful, especially Jabar Nichols, in explaining that it will take them a l was determined that I had a dead battery. The service staff was extremely helpful, especially Jabar Nichols, in explaining that it will take them a little time to diagnose the problem and arranged for a substitute vehicle I could use until the car was able to be fixed. Upon diagnosing the problem, they realized I was due for a tune-up and called to ask if I wanted that done as well as fixing the original problem which turned out to be a dead battery. We've brought our Caravan in to Towbin Dodge for service since we moved here in ''01 (ten days before 9/11!) They've always been on time, affordable and honest concerning our vehicle. Make sure that when you go in with a coupon that the price ON the coupon is the price you will be charged!!! What a rip off! Had to get a part replaced in my Magnum and they charged me $126.00!!! I could find the part on-line at several different places for $55! I never paid any mechanic in California that much! Not even on my BMW! It cost $550 to fix something that most mechanics said would take less than an hour. And the only reason I had to go to Dodge was because they where the only ones that could reset the computer in the car! Thanks Towbin! Just because a few Dodge Dealerships closed I guess you can rip people off because you think you are the only one in town! Intergrity never charged me this much!!!! And I will never buy a Dodge again just because I don't want to deal with you people! Love my Magnum, hate Towbin Dodge! More
The entire dealership is a scam. The salesman was rude. He kept telling me that I would get an email regarding my experience there and the outcome of that survey would decide whether or not he would get hi He kept telling me that I would get an email regarding my experience there and the outcome of that survey would decide whether or not he would get his commission from the sale of my truck. Are you crazy!!! Do you think I want you getting the commission from the sale of my truck when you made me come down there from the other side of town 4 times to re-sign the paperwork because you lost it? And the service department, my lord!!!! They had my truck for a week for a minor throttle control issue. I was called to come get it, and as soon as I got on the highway to head home, it broke down with the same problem! Luckily I was able to get it started and drive it back to Towbin. I popped the hood to find that the airbox was just haning there, which if I would've driven all the way back home, my motor would have blown! They didn't even apologize, I asked them to bring out the technician that last worked on it so he could see what he did, and they refused. Instead, I get the "service manager" who tells me that they finally found the problem. He then preceeded to ask me if I wanted to leave it there or schedule an appointment for a later date....Hello!!!! The truck was breaking down. What kind of stupid question is that!?! More
