These guys are slimy! We purchased a car knowing how much they paid for it, were fair about a price discount, and ended up paying sticker price. We did all the research, great credit, asked for a specific car. They gave us the "my father taught me to treat people like I would like to be treated" line, then they pulled every slimy used car sales trick int he book. They stated that "everyone pays sticker" and "we are working for you, we don't have nay interest in making money off of you" Unless you enjoy arguing with the entire sales team standing over you while you fight for anything less than sticker, then this place is not for you. They could be honest and upfront, but their ultimate goal is to rip their customers off. They didn't honor their advertising with our trade in and asked me to sign papers without negotiating a price. Very slimy, not nice people. More

we bought and paid for an azura limited, they tried to give us another car...we bought and paid for a car that was grey with beige interior, after all the paper work was done, they took us out to a grey s give us another car...we bought and paid for a car that was grey with beige interior, after all the paper work was done, they took us out to a grey sedan with a black interior...seems like the old "bait and switch" the car they old us was ours, was an ordinary sedan..the one we bought had everything...dispicable people they hardly gave us an arguement when we demanded our money back...Big disappointment, sickening ..the whole experience..anyone who wants to buy a car..don't go there....liars and cheats... More
