I just wanna say Alex Corona is one of the best employees you have and I’ve dealt with many. . He Went above and beyond to help me. He helped me with all of the parts needed to get my car fixed, He made ever you have and I’ve dealt with many. . He Went above and beyond to help me. I was highly impressed with the degree of professionalism that I experienced when I visited Torre Nissan. I have now found an automotive dealership in which I can have my vehicle serviced with full confidenc that I experienced when I visited Torre Nissan. I have now found an automotive dealership in which I can have my vehicle serviced with full confidence! The Parts & Service Director went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I am embarrassed to admit that I do not recall his name. I will most certainly be returning to Torre Nissan as I have now found my "automotive home". Thanks Torre!! More
In 2007 I purchased a brand new Nissan 2007 350 Z Touring Coupe from Torre Nissan. The car was delivered to me when promised. I used the no haggle Costco Auto buying program. Over the past six years of owning my 350 Z, I have been most impressed with the Allen Elsken in the Service Dept. when taking my car to Torre for service on my car. He has always been extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. My car is always returned to me impeccably clean and in a timely manner. I know, I can trust Mr. Elsken to take charge of the service on my Z. I am very particular about who works on my cars and who I can rely on to take care with it, as I do. Mr. Elsken is consistent with good service. I can rely on him to advise me of proper service to keep my car in tip top shape. Torre Nissan has always taken care to be sure everything is satisfactory after service. I really like the Nissan One to One program. I like the periodic emails alerting me to savings or specials for oil changes and other service specials. Torre Nissan has a new upgraded facility which has a comfortable waiting area. There is even a window where you can clearly view the mechanics servicing your car. I would recommend Torre Nissan to anyone interested in buying or getting service on a Nissan. More

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I have always taken my car to the dealer for repairs and services but I have never experienced the poor service I was given at Torre Nissan. Harland P have always taken my car to the dealer for repairs and services but I have never experienced the poor service I was given at Torre Nissan. Harland P Edmonds (Parker) was my service advisor. My car was shaking and having trouble going up hills. A problem usually related to SPARK PLUGS. After performing a 27 point inspection he asked me to authorize them to INSPECT MY ENGINE ($625 Cost). He informed me that it was necessary because there was a PO300 misfire code. I called him back after I researched the code and I asked if they had checked my SPARK PLUGS and he said "YES THEY ARE FINE SO WE NEED TO INSPECT YOUR ENGINE TO SEE WHAT IS WRONG." I hesitantly agreed. Only to be called today and told that "MY ENGINE COMPRESSION IS LOW BUT IF I REPLACE MY SPARK PLUGS THAT MIGHT HELP". He also quoted me around $10,000 to REPLACE MY ENGINE then says I would just be BETTER OFF BUYING A NEW CAR! Informed the service manager (Jessica or Jennifer) that is what I asked him to do before I authorized the $625 engine inspection. When I brought up issue to having to pay for the unnecessary engine inspection since it was SPARK PLUGS like I had originally requested, he LIED and said he never told me that he checked the spark plugs. He said he couldn't have checked the spark plugs without them inspecting the engine. Um, you don't need to inspect my engine to check or change my spark plugs. Nobody does! I had the tech who worked on the car come out to explain what happened and he confirmed that the plugs that needed to be replaced were in front and an engine inspection would not have to be done to see that. Buyer said He wanted to inspect the engine cause my compression is low. If I had been told that I really would have authorized the inspection... My compression is low cause my car has 130k miles on it... That's what happens! But because I had authorized the inspection of the engine (although the authorization was given after I was lied to about the spark plugs) I paid $700+ for replacing spark plugs which cost $77. The director and the manager of the service stood by the liar, Parker and would not adjust my bill! TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Keyes Nissan in Woodland Hills is the best in service. They are who I have always trusted and now Only trust with my repairs. They inspected my car and proved that all I needed was the spark plugs changed and you don't need to go into the engine to check them or replace them you just have to lift the manifold off. More
I purchased both of my vehicles at Torre Nissan and have them serviced at this dealership every three months. I have consistently received outstanding service from the staff and appreciate the friendly atmo them serviced at this dealership every three months. This dedication to their clientele will keep me returning for years as I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here and refer all of my friends and family for purchases. More
