The best, searched for car on internet, then sent a email to confirm they still had the car, showed up without an appointment and 2 hours later I left in my new car. To start with I used the Nissan USA website for my inquiries and to fiqure out what vehicle I wanted to purchase, a 2010 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab SE, which led me to the 3 closest Dealers, I emailed T inquiries and to fiqure out what vehicle I wanted to purchase, a 2010 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab SE, which led me to the 3 closest Dealers, I emailed Torre Nissan, and quickly had a return response from Bob Waagner, with a reasonable on-line price, I went to Torre Nissan around 1pm and found Bob who set me up with his assistant Terry Molinar who was a total pleasure to work with, I told them what I was looking for, which they had one on the lot, I test drove it and we proceded to close the deal trading in my 1996 Ford Explorer, Dealing with Marcy in Finance was easy, and I was on the road by 4:30 pm. For what it's worth, I am 50 years old and have owned many vehicles, but this is my first new car ever and my first Dealer purchase, what a great experience! More

Bob called me within minutes of my online inquiry. I had planned on going to another, closer dealer but Bob's quickness impressed me. My wife and I were very pleased with the sevice we received from Bob Wagoner. As Costco members, we enjoyed a below invoice price that was extremely competitive and eliminated most of the negotiation received from Bob Wagoner. Bob's follow up skills were phenomenal and he kept his word on every verbal promise. The only nuances were that Torre Nissan didn't have any 3.5 Altimas in stock and he had to have one delivered, which only took one day. The financing options, because of our poor credit, were limited and we were not pleased with the interest rate. However, that was an F&I issue not related to Bob. Summarily, we will be back buying another new car from Bob before the end of the year. More
Bob Waagner was immediately responsive to my original e-mail requesting information about a Nissan Xterra. The response was so quick - via e-mail and phone message - that I have to tell you, that pretty e-mail requesting information about a Nissan Xterra. My lease on my current Nissan Xterra was ending about 5 months from when I first contacted Nissan. The mailer I had recently received from Torre - with the zero percent interest offer - made me head to your web site and seriously consider buying a new car ... at least four months before I had originally planned to. When Bob e-mailed back, he asked great questions - to nail down exactly what I was looking for - and he immediately responded to my next e-mail. We had at least seven e-mail conversations within three days - beginning Wednesday, June 23 - and I was at Torre Nissan purchasing my Xterra by Saturday, June 26. The negotiation was to my great satisfaction and was very quick. I received more than I asked for. This dealership is fair, generous and I was treated very, very well. Bob and the rest of the staff was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. They didn't happen to have the model I wanted on the lot, so the icing on the cake was that Bob drove to Riverside that evening to pick up my new, silver lightning Xterra SE. I feel he went way above and beyond for me ... that's about a 140 mile round trip. When he was about 30 minutes away from getting back to the lot, Marcy Maldonado took good care of me getting all of the paperwork completed and signed before Bob returned. When Bob got back to the lot, he found out the detailer was asked to stay and work overtime so I could drive my new car home last night - all shiny, clean and ready to go. About 9:15 p.m., after Luis finished detailing my car, Bob followed me over to the nearby Chevron station to fill my Xterra up with a tank of gas. Then, he even stayed a few minutes longer talking about some of the features of the car. Customer service at its finest - it doesn't get any better than this! More

I had some minor issues having them to locate/obtain a model equipped exactly as I wanted, and ended up settling for a vhicle right off their lot (after they made the deal even more lucrative). Frankly though I think the issue was more related to the challenge of another dealer within 200 miles actually releasing a vehicle in inventory rather than their willingness to work with me on the deal. Overall though I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail during the transaction - and willingness to ensure my satisfaction after the sale. More
