The tv lounge is very comfortable while you wait on service and the complimentary coffee is always fresh. My wife and I are looking into getting a new Ford and it will be from Toothman. It turns out that my battery needed replaced - which was helpful to know because I travel a lot and that battery replacement may have saved me from an unpleasant road experience in the future. I had another pleasant surprise when they told me they had an inner door handle replacement part in stock for my driver's door and could replace it today as well. Adam, Brent, and Josh are professional, yet personable. They inform you about needed repair work without high pressure sales tactics and let YOU decide what to repair and when. Justin S. sold us a new Ford Escape last September and always interacts with me whenever I visit the showroom. Their "people" skills are what keeps me, my wife, and family members coming back to Toothman Ford in Grafton. More
