Excellent Service We want to thank Brent Summers, Chad Raschella, and others in the service department for the great experience we had at Toothman Ford recently. They s We want to thank Brent Summers, Chad Raschella, and others in the service department for the great experience we had at Toothman Ford recently. They scheduled the repair work for a day and time that fit in with our work schedules. There were several things wrong with our Ford Edge and they repaired or replaced parts to make our vehicle like new again. They even put a new inspection sticker on, which saved us from having to make another appointment before the end of the month. That was a pleasant surprise. Car broke down, from out of state and was left stranded with no way home and would not give me a re Worst service department I have ever dealt with. Car broke down, from out of state and was left stranded with no way home and would not give me a rental or loaner and it was going to be at least two weeks before my car would be ready to be picked up Had to have family come get me to take me home and the service department was no help whatsoever. Would not even call or answer the phone!!! More

Disappointed Recently had a scheduled service and inspection. When I arrived I was told they didnt have me on their schedule even though I had set appointment 3 we Recently had a scheduled service and inspection. When I arrived I was told they didnt have me on their schedule even though I had set appointment 3 weeks in advance. They squeezed me in to do my inspection and oil change plus tire rotation. After leaving I noticed they didnt put a new sticker for my next oil change. Later (this is my wifes car) she noticed no washer fluid. So basically we're not even sure they did the oil change as no sticker and no fluid levels capped off. The service center is too small and over booked. Had always been satisfied previously however this experience has me rethinking if I should find another dealer. More
