Up Front, Honest and Cool as xxxx Ive been searching for the perfect truck for several months now. Ive visited several dealerships in person and several online as well. I have found th Ive been searching for the perfect truck for several months now. Ive visited several dealerships in person and several online as well. I have found that spending money is not as easy as I thought. Customer service is a thing of the past everywhere but in Grafton at Toothman Ford. I inquired online and received a message back within minutes and a phone call within 24 hours even though the dealership was closed on the day of my inquiry. Adam welcomed me into the car buying experience with nothing but a friendly demeanor and up front honesty from the first phone call. I felt like I was dealing with someone Id known for years. Someone I could trust to steer me in the right direction with one of the biggest purchases of my life. Everyone at the dealership treated me and my wife with kindness and respect. No one was trying to "sell" us a vehicle. They only offered us the best options for what we were looking for and let us decide for ourselves with their guidance. I am also a part of a family business where the way you present yourself and treat customers is the key to a successful life that you can be proud of.
