A terribly long drive a complete waste of time We talked back and forth with the dealership about a Chevy Equinox that we liked and were ready to buy. BEING Labor Day weekend we let them know that We talked back and forth with the dealership about a Chevy Equinox that we liked and were ready to buy. BEING Labor Day weekend we let them know that we could not make the drive from Elkins. We asked if we could reserve or put a deposit down on it an were told no. We got up early to make the ridiculous drive to get this car. We arrive and the car is sitting out front. We thought wow they knew we were coming ,which they did, but to our surprise when we said we were here for the Equinox, we were told that someone had put a deposit on it (which we were told we could not do) and it was sold. It is the dealerships right to sell a car, but person we were talking to knew we were coming. It would have been nice to receive a call when the was no longer available, considering they had no problem get a hold of us when the car was available. To add insult to injury, while we there, we got to see the car we drove there to buy drive off. I know there are people who like Toothman Ford but after this experience we won't be back, nor will we recommend them to anyone. A day later the car is still on the web site, so if the depositor fell threw they turned away a sure sale. The salesman (and I use that term lightly) did not even recommend another car. Truly a wasted day. More

No push. Good prices. I went down looking for a decent used truck with lower mileage. Found what I wanted with no hassle or haggling and got out the door fairly quickly. The Best !! Shopping Experience Ever!! I'm so happy that I went to Toothman Ford the staff were awesome they went above and beyond to get me the best deal and they did! The staff made the I'm so happy that I went to Toothman Ford the staff were awesome they went above and beyond to get me the best deal and they did! The staff made the 1 1/2 hr drive worth the trip! They were all so helpful and friendly ! I bought a beautiful & clean preowned 2015 Mitsubishi. I want to thank Toothman Ford for there great customer service and treating me so good and getting me into a great car. I will recommend everyone to give them a visit you will not regret it!!
