BEST DEALER EXPERIENCE EEVVVEEEERRR! !! We had been on the search for a 7 seater for almost a month. Went back and forth on negotiating and experienced the worse possible dealership sales !! Went back and forth on negotiating and experienced the worse possible dealership salesman until we rang and DRAYKE at TOOELE MOTOR COMPANY answered. We worked on a deal over the phone got a quote (no hidden fees or hidden packages that dealerships usually throw in) drove an hr and a half met with Drayke which by the way was completely helpful. He made sure we felt comfortable with the vehicle AND pricing before agreeing to purchasing. Answered all our questions and not once made us feel uncomfortable as other dealerships had. The price we were quoted is the price we received. You cannot beat their deals, seriously! Found the best pricing on our Highlander after checking out 5 different dealerships. He was honest and helpful and truly an angel! We will be on the market for a vehicle for our teen within the next year & we will definitely reach out to Drayke. Highly recommend!!!! More

Worked with CJ trying to get a 2023 or 2024 Malibu but couldn’t get one to my liking. Tooele motor company Saturday August 19th 2023 As soon as i got out of my car (2019 mx5 miata) a sales rep was right there to assist me with what ever I needed. I said I need a reliable car under 10 grand as i got out of my car (2019 mx5 miata) a sales rep was right there to assist me with what ever I needed. I said I need a reliable car under 10 grand with good gas mileage for my 17 year old for her own first car. We went over some cars. We found one that had just came in the day before, there was no sticker price yet. I asked the "manager" how much it was as he walked me to it and he said between 5 and 8 I think I'll have to go check. My daughter test drives it. Likes it we decide okay we will get it. The paper work funny enough says the car is 9,999,99. Funny since I said I wanted a car under 10 grand right? After taxs and fees it totoled 11,234.02. We trade in my old 2007 gmc denali (what she had been driving)for $500, because thats all they could offer us for it. the car came out to be 10, 734.02. They tried to push a warranty on the car over and over and my husband was a vibrant shade of NO. Okay great but the car has to still be serviced since they just got it in the night before. This is on a Saturday so they believe the car will be done Monday. Sunday I'm talking to my husband about driving it out to work (intown, and freeway) to make sure the car is running okay before we just let our daughter take this car. And I mention that I thought it was odd the manager told me it was going to be between 5 and 8 grand but the car totaled exactly what I had asked for under 10 grand being the 9,999,99. This got his wheels turning and why we didn't look before is our faults but he got on ksl to see how much that type of car goes for around our area. Low and behold they post their new inventory on Sundays. So 4 cars down is the car we just bought. Same vin milage and everything with a link to there website for 7,200. The person that updates their sales must not have been notified that the company already sold this vehicle and ripped us off for almost 4 grand more then the car is worth. It's Monday now and after work My husband is going in to tell them we want our Denali and money back. This was the worst experience We have ever had at a dealership. For the biggest dealership in our town to rip off that amount of money from some one is disgusting. Our teens own first car will not be from them. My daughter getting her hopes up for this car, the team being so gracious with her answering all her questions just to be stabbed in the back. With the car ripped from her. she has learned now to do research before buying such a pricey thing even if it's from a top competitor company. I am sure all my reviews because I will be posting as many as possible and him going in there will get the biggest apologies ever for their behavior. But that's only because they were caught in a huge scam that can ruin their companies reputation. More
Purchased a Truck from Justin at the end of December. There were some things that needed to be done on the truck to service the "E" Brake light and a very squeaky door hinge. Took the truck into service about a week later for them to actually find out what was wrong. They did. Was told the parts would be ordered and I would be notified when in to get it done. That has NEVER happened. Period. Its now almost May and I cannot reach Katelyn in service despite my many many attempts to do so. I've talked to her directly once and she told me she would call me back. That was over a month ago (March 15th). I have done the online chat, called the actual store and given my name and phone number to many people who work here and promised "We will call you or email you here soon" Nothing. Radio silence from everyone. How hard is this? If parts are backordered, fine, at least call your customers to let them know what is happening. I work in the industry so I know how this all works. When everything here is said and done, I will never return. More
