I also feel better about having an OEM part, over the who knows what you will get part from the auto parts centers. More

In addition to fair prices and quality work, the extras they provide (such as free tire rotation, shuttle service, a car wash after servicing, free coffee and soda while you wait) make the overall experience all the better. I recently purchased some new tires for my Ford Escape and had my serpentine belts changed out. Not only was the job completed timely, I felt that the price was fair and their shuttle service made life a whole lot easier. I was without an alternate mode of transportation and their shuttle service not only dropped me off after leaving my vehicle in the morning, but they also came back and picked me up when the job was finished.
