Below average employees and professionalism Starting from the beginning when I contacted them via an KSL ad, they have made a bad impression. I asked simple questions about the car because there Starting from the beginning when I contacted them via an KSL ad, they have made a bad impression. I asked simple questions about the car because there is minimum info about the car and only a few photos. The girl could not answer a single question, so she just asked for my email and phone number. I refused to give her my number since I know dealerships love to annoy you with phone calls, and cliche questions like, "what can we do to earn your business?" The girl failed to deliver my 4 questions to the salesman Darwin Ashment. While Darwin was very friendly, he failed to address any of my questions when he reached out to me. When I called him upon his request, he still had no answers to my simple questions. He was obviously not much of a car person and don't know much about challengers. He was not straight forward and talked in circles, another reason I don't want to talk to dealership salesman on the phone. It is a waste of time. At the end we talked about price, and he asked me what I am thinking. So I told him what I was thinking, and he basically laughed at my number saying there is no way they could sell it at that price. Well, sure that is fine. But you asked, so I told you. I found it extremely unprofessional for you to be in any way condescending to a customer who you are "trying to win" his business. I am also sick of this usual speech of, "we have a software that tells us who else is selling this vehicle within 500 miles radius, and we are always the lowest price." Well, when every dealership says that, it gets a little bit old. It is obviously not true when everyone says it. One simple search would prove your nonsense. The old way of car selling, going above and beyond is over, these guys demonstrated it clearly. The new way is selling cars you know nothing about, not willing to do your homework, try to BS your way through, and not knowing how to talk to a customer professionally. PS: stop having different people sending me the same generic emails. More
