Tony’s location is huge and nice. Looking at the lot you have a huge selection to choose from. My husband, granddaughter and myself were greeted as we entered the parking lot by Kalan Looking at the lot you have a huge selection to choose from. He immediately was able to show me the 2023 VW Tiguan SE R lines and what he had to choose from. I had come to the lot in September due to the fact my daughter had set up an appointment just to start looking at cars. The salesperson I had was not really interested in me she was more into texting someone as I talked to her and was not focused on the conversation. She continued to tell me all about the different cars she owns and it so happened she just bought a car that day that was sitting in the front of the lot that was not a VW . She never once called me to see if I was interested in buying a car. She had my number, a copy of my ID,she ran my credit report with my permission. She had all the information needed to contact me. She chose to call my daughter and ask her if I was still interested in buying a car she did this a few times. Why would she call my daughter when I am the one buying the car? I decided then and there I did NOT want to work with her. I also tried working with another salesman and did a several text with him and he basically told me unless I am ready to buy a car and have money don’t contact him. I advised him when I was going to be ready to buy. He shot me a few prices but let me know that was the set price. He never followed up with me again. In my mind he was not interested in my business. I had also been shopping Honolulu Volkswagen they were nice and would follow up with me to let me know what they had to offer. Tony had better features to offer that is the ONLY reason I chose them. Kalani was dressed well, looked sharp, friendly, attentive and wanted to sell me a car. I did notice that the original salesperson was working that day too. She saw me and knew who I was. She rushed herself into the office of the person who Kalani worked with and hovered in the office as I was working with Kalani. She wanted to know what was going on. I sure hope she didn’t think she was getting a piece of the pie because she didn’t do anything for me. She should think about investing in her clothing . She was so casually dressed each time I saw her. After I had finished with Kalani I went over to finance to pay. I was greeted by Miles who was also very friendly and pleasant to work with. Kalani made sure the car was washed, cleaned and helped me set up my phone to the car . I was bummed that the first aid kit and road side service bag did not come with the car. I thought that would have been an automatic feature. I will recommend Kalani to anyone that is looking to buy a VW or Nissan. More
