Dealership damaged my windshield during an oil change, denied responsibility, accused another dealer of the damage, and then lied stating said dealership admitted to him they were responsible for the dama denied responsibility, accused another dealer of the damage, and then lied stating said dealership admitted to him they were responsible for the damage. The service manager Paul Soave handled the situation in an extremely unprofessional manner. Their $300 in damage has now cost Nissan 65k as I indented on purchasing a stick Nismo Z when they come out. My first car was a 2006 Nissan 350z, my current car is a 2023 Z. I have loved my Nissan's. I will now never purchase another Nissan and will sadly watch Nissan fall further into financial ruin and ultimately close their American operations due to this type of behavior and poor decision making. I would further recommend to any vehicle purchaser to avoid any future Nissan as the company will fold and the owners will be left with no support network to maintain their vehicles properly. More
