Normally if I call the service appointment desk, they'll fit me into the next available slot, which could be a couple weeks out. I waited at the site and the job was done in about 40 minutes. Sean takes care of me and gives me his honest opinion on what needs to be checked/maintained at that visit. It's such a GREAT relief knowing that I have a Service Advisor whom I can trust that will not take advantage of me. Not only is he ALWAYS helpful, but he listens and pays full attention to my concerns; plus, he's super nice and friendly! I will never see any other Service Advisor as long as he is working. I recently purchased a new Honda CRV on 8/10/24 and my sales person Andrew Lee was just excellent. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and very patient. I noticed every time I started my new car the radio wouldn’t turn on for about 5-10 minutes and it finally stopped having any sound at all while on. I contacted my sales person Andrew Lee and without hesitation he had my radio repaired in a very timely manner. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him!!! More
I’ve had multiple issues: 1. This dealer will post your car online for their area specific site and bait and switch the price when you walk in the door. Wesley who sold me the vehicle messed up on a lot of my information. This led to my tags being shipped to the wrong address and lost for months. I did not receive an owners manual and then when I finally got one, they gave me the wrong year. 3. Within months of owning this vehicle, the battery died and I was stranded. Used pre owned certification….what a scam. 4. The service department does not answer or respond to voicemails, emails or multiple attempts to reach them if you are not already working on the vehicle. This place is a testament to lazy corrupt workers who keep passing the buck without any accountability. 5. I asked about recalls and they said I didn’t have any open recalls when I could plainly see online that there was a list which had not been fulfilled. This is the reason that NO ONE TRUSTS CAR DEALERS. Do not trust this dealer. Do not purchase your car here. I went from an online quote of $19,000 to $27,000…. More

This one star does not pertain to the dealership as a whole. My family and I have owned 4 Honda's from this dealership. We buy all of our cars from Tracie, she is an amazing sales rep for Tony Honda. She's very patient and isn't pushy like your typical car salesman. Sean and Wade in the service department are excellent as well. When you bring your car to be serviced you know that Sean and Wade have your cars best interest at heart and will never try to sell anything extra to you. I always know my car is in the best hands when I bring it in. This negative review is for the director of sales, Steven Alaimo. We bought a Pilot back in 2021 in cash. When you buy a car, you buy in it good faith that the car dealership won't try to rip you off and will have all of your documents on file. Well fast forward to 2024 my engine light turns on so I bring it in to get it checked on, I get the call that its major repair and its going to cost over $3000 but they checked and I don't have any warranty. So I do my own digging and call the warranty company, Assurant. After speaking to multiple agents, I get this directly from them that the Service agreement (Platinum service) which includes warranty up to 100,000 miles was started on October 1, 2021 which is when I bought the car and canceled on November 7, 2021 by a women named Janelle due to the customer no longer wanting it. This was NEVER authorized by me and I paid cash for my car so the deal was sealed. After going back and forth with he finance department they get me into contact with Steve. He calls and is automatically in defense mode. I explain the situation to him and he tells me, verbatim, "idk they could be lying". First of all why would you sell warranty from this company to your valued customers if you don't trust them. He had no interest in getting to the bottom of anything. He didn't find it strange that we had a policy then someone from his dealership called to cancel. When I spoke with the rep from assurant she said that the dealership will have you sign your contract then they activate it with them. I provided an Agreement number from Assurant and Steve still insisted I had nothing on file. When I asked him to call Assurant he called his contact that he probably had explained the whole situation to so she knew exactly what to say. I just want to make any customer that buys a car from this dealership to be aware. Make sure you keep every single document, make sure you ask all the questions, when it doubt get everything in writing so something like this doesn't happen to you. The issue was never money, I paid for the repairs and walked out. The issue is the principal. He never cared to get to the bottom of anything and never once questioned why it was activated then canceled. He was rude and talked to me and grandma as if we were less then him and used his title as "director of finance" in his favor. More

My latest experience at Tony Honda was excellent. While my regular servicing was without challenges, my touchscreen was not working. My service advisor Wade made sure I received the best care to help While my regular servicing was without challenges, my touchscreen was not working. I missed his his first call once the part was received and he made sure to re-call so I would have my camera available. I always recommend Tony Honda because of their service and having worked with Wade for over 15 years is a testament to the service department. More
