My Civic was having problems cranking but not turning over. Drove it into Tony Honda and Wade (my regular service advisor) was awesome! Friendly, professional and prompt service, as usual! I have been a customer at Tony Honda for years, and I feel like Hannah is the best customer service rep. She always helps me, no matter the problem. She even calls to remind me when I’m due. When I am not able to come into the store, she offered to have somebody pick up my car for me and bring it in for work. She has a great attitude, it makes me happy to think that somebody is putting a smile on other faces while still working professionally. I have taken my car here since I bought it. They are very professional and transparent about price and labor for service. AC condenser and evaporator blew on my Honda civic, they got a 24 hour job done in just under 2 hours, along with my oil change. Hefty price tag for the labor but I’m glad it got fixed by a certified Honda dealer. These days it’s incredibly hard to trust your dealership service center not to screw you over… but my gut tells me they did right. I wasn’t expecting the price tag but paid for it and my car is running incredibly well now. Take it here and if you don’t trust the price take it to someone else to verify the issue. They charge a PREMIUM for labor in Hawaii and I mean PREMIUM. 2400 for a covered condenser leak with added evaporator damage.. they did great with the work though. More
When arriving there, I was informed that the building was under construction, and was informatively directed to the makeshift, outdoors (tent) lobby. It did not take long before I was guided into one of the lanes by staff member George Toro, who always makes me feel at home. Amazing, how he recognizes the car (as well as, other employees: Kikuchi, Pagan, Lompoc, Szameitat) and call me by name. Warm feelings are generated by this approach, as with the genuine display of respect, and the professional atmosphere, as well. I did not have a scheduled appointment for today's service, to which, Mr. Toro stated, not to worry, a malfunctioning battery is considered somewhat of an emergency. This, put me at ease. He immediately pulled out some gadget, to test the battery. Then, Mr. Kicuchi rendered (as always) a thoroughly informative and efficient service. And throughout my wait there, Mr. Toro would update me on the services' progress, while offering me free access to the coffee/snack area. Once again, it was a pleasant and great experience. More

I usually hate going to auto dealerships because I feel like the minute you drive up the salespeople are waiting to attack you like vultures, but Kerry changed my mind regarding this as he was not pushy at all just there in case we had a question or needed help with anything. He made my car buying experience an enjoyable one from start to finish. I was there until 11:00pm at night but it didn’t feel like it because Kerry is so friendly, just like talking story with family. Kerry Watanabe is surely an asset to your company and in the future if I know of anyone looking for a car I will surely recommend Tony Honda and to see Kerry Watanabe, he gives excellent customer service. I also must say that your finance manager Jay is awesome too! He is also very friendly, patient and gives excellent customer service too! More
