My experience at Tony Honda was excellent. I called for a service appointment, which was so easy to do, and the clerks were very helpful and friendly Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Sean Ki service appointment, which was so easy to do, and the clerks were very helpful and friendly Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Sean Kikuchi (Service advisor) who was so knowledgeable and professional from start to finish in taking care of all of my vehicle’s service needs. The service performed was done so efficiently and in a timely manner. The communication was on point through phone calls I received from Sean, through text notifications and also being able to view my service bill electronically. After shopping at several dealerships on the island, we ended up at Tony Honda. Our Salesperson (Edward Dun) was tremendous, he made us feel like family, worked hard for us as we were very indecisive and t ended up at Tony Honda. Our Salesperson (Edward Dun) was tremendous, he made us feel like family, worked hard for us as we were very indecisive and took a week of test, driving, comparing, and deciding on the vehicle we purchased. Through all of it, Edward Dun was very responsive, honest, and patient. The entire process was smooth and everyone was friendly and treated us with respect. We will shop here for our next vehicle purchase! Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted, the entire financing, purchase, delivery, and feature familiarization process only took about an hour. More
