After stressful months of horrible experiences from car dealerships on Maui, I decided to take a leap of chance and look into a different island for a car. I literally just was about to give up when I got in touch with the folks over at Tony Honda. And I must say I am so, SO happy I did not give up! I was first put in touch with Darlyn from sales and from start to finish of recieving the car I couldn’t have been happier with her service! She did everything she could possibly do to bless us with a beautiful Mazda. Everything was super fast and they helped me every step of the way.Not only did HER amazing customer service make me want to give Tony Honda a 5 star review but also Val and Moi from finance were also amazing as well!! Sweetest people I have ever dealt with in a car dealership! They really take pride in helping folks out when they need a vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking or thinking about getting a new car to consider Tony Honda. You won’t be disappointed!! Much Mahalo from the Fong family on Maui❤️ More

I’ve been a loyal customer since 2017! I can honestly say the whole experience is NOT the same since the 6-7 years that I bought my first vehicle. I recently bought my second beginning I can honestly say the whole experience is NOT the same since the 6-7 years that I bought my first vehicle. I recently bought my second beginning of this year. I’ve dealt with non stop xx, and to top it off people with authority like Steve A. & Scott M. whom I thought is supposed to be of HELP were totally unprofessional with such bad attitudes! I picked up my vehicle not in the same state I dropped it off. All tint was stripped of it and all I got were threats and to go about my way! Is that how you treat your customers?! Steve has no aloha whatsoever and his bad attitude will ruin this place! He’s lucky to have Jacob & Limuel behind him because they’re awesome! I won’t ever recommend this place nor will I ever refer anyone and I’m taking my business elsewhere. More

This was my first time purchasing a car and what was supposed to be an exciting experience was actually very frustrating. There was poor communication between the departments at Honda. I was told twice supposed to be an exciting experience was actually very frustrating. There was poor communication between the departments at Honda. I was told twice by staff to come in for a safety check, but when I got there at the time they provided, I was told both times that staff did not follow through on scheduling me and I had to wait a few hours as a walk-in instead. Additionally, it took two months for staff to turn in a transfer of title/power of attorney form to the dmv, which delayed receipt of my registration. After I left work early to come in and sign that form, I was told that staff would try to expedite it. However, a week later, staff then contacted me back that they lost the form. This delayed my registration and renewal of the expired safety on the car. There was never any acknowledgment from staff about the multiple inconveniences that I was caused. I feel they did not follow through on customer service. Overall, I did not have a good experience with this dealership. More

This is a review of Tony Honda service dept. My first question is why would your service dept charge $1800 for an air condition compressor when tony Honda parts sells the exact compressor for a My first question is why would your service dept charge $1800 for an air condition compressor when tony Honda parts sells the exact compressor for a tad over $400 ? Is this a scam or what that's what a 500% Mark up from your own parts dept. Well that's what my 83 yr old mom paid and after I did some research that's just one of the things I found out is this the industry standard a legal ripoff. That happened in April of 2023 and here it is Sept and the air is no longer working this is on a 2011 Honda civic 2 Dr coupe with barely 10000 miles yep a 12 yr old Honda with 10,000 original miles. Purchased new from Tony Honda. Well here we are in Sept air not working after paying $3200 for service in April. Turns out it's the HVAC blower motor and resistor ( not transistor as your service rep suggested) total est for repair was almost $800 the blower motor was just over $400 I bought the exact same part on Amazon for under $40 the resistor they wanted $121 that was $17 on Amazon and worst of all they wanted $269 labor for a literal 10 min job. I'm not a Honda mechanic and it took me 10 min to locate and replace both parts a familiar Honda mechanic would probably take 5 min. I don't understand how you people justify this crap how do you sleep at night knowing you ripped off some retired person on fixed income with you rip off ( just cause it's legal does not make it right) Mark ups and pricing. I'll never from this moment forward pass a opportunity to bad mouth tony Honda you guys are xxxxxxxx of the worst kind I'll see you xxxxxxxx in xxxx More

Another very satisfying service appointment with Sean Kikuchi! I always contact Sean directly as he'll fit me into his tight schedule, so I don't have weeks to wait. As always, my cost at this service date was reasonable as he always spaces out the items in my maintenance chart so it's never a super big amount that I have to pay for at each visit. Sean takes care of me and gives me his honest opinion for which I'm grateful. It's such a BIG relief knowing that I have a Service Advisor whom I can trust that will not take advantage of me. Not only is he ALWAYS helpful, but he listens and pays full attention to my concerns; plus, he's super nice and friendly! He's the service guy to see! Thanks Sean! See you again! More
