Andrew helped us select a car that fit our needs without going over our budget (no sales pressure!), was sensitive in putting me down as married on the paperwork (there was no option for widow; may sound petty, but meant so much to me!) and before we left, knowing my girls would be the primary drivers, he adjusted all the safety settings as if he were doing it for his own daughter ~ such a personal, sincere gesture!
