Don’t let that discourage you, his decades of experience forces him to try every trick in the book to seal a deal. My advice is make conversation, I found Mike to be a great guy throughout the process. Just wish he had eased off the hard nosed sales tactics sooner so we could have had a deal a lot sooner. Kris focused on our dream car wishlist and demonstrated how the civic is the perfect fit. He was very patient in showing us the other comparable models and was very attentive to our likes and dislikes when comparing the models. He was also very fun to work with and made the process less boring. It was our first time meeting a specialist like Cindy to explain us the accessories that we might like to add. She was very good with showing us how to browse these items on our own time in case we decide to buy them later. Last but not the least, Curtis the finance manager clearly explained all the fees and coverages, and our next steps. Thanks again to Sean for fitting me into his tight schedule post-holiday! My oil life indicator (15%) went on in the middle of the holidays and I wasn't available to get it checked until early Januar schedule post-holiday! Sean reassured me that it would be okay for me to drive the car for another 2 weeks until my appointment date. My appointment was for an oil/filter change. On the day of my appointment, Sean was prompt in checking me in, had the workers do the service job in really quick time (1/2 hour) and I was out the door and able to attend my next appointment in time. He even gave me a heads up on when my next "big" service job would be so that I could plan for it. I've said it before and I'll keep saying it....it's been a pleasure having Sean as my Service Advisor and I'm so grateful it's someone like him with years of experience. Not only is he reliable, but he's very personable and I know that he'll always look out for my best interest.
