Sold us a broken used car, after the sale was made it was like getting the run around. After multiple attempts of trying to work out the issue of our cars engine they decided that WE needed to prove the $130 like getting the run around. After multiple attempts of trying to work out the issue of our cars engine they decided that WE needed to prove the $1300.00 dollars worth of engine work wasn't caused by us...within two week of it being in our possession. Worst part was Larry Moody calling my spouse and bullying us into taking what they proposed, putting us out $250.00, because our complaints will get us no where. Such a shame, we really enjoyed Miles who assisted us and Curtis who helped us with finance. Worst part is them expecting praise for assisting us through this process. Avoid 100% More

I feel Honda Care is the best comprehensive warranty coverage available, so reached out to Curtis Matsumoto, the Finance Manager at Tony Honda on Oahu and he was extremely customer service oriented and responsive in providing me several Honda Care options. I 'closed' the deal on an 8-year, 120,000 mile policy at a tremendous price. Curtis returned my calls and emails immediately and I've now the peace of mind our new Ridgeline will be very well protected with the excellent warranty package that Curtis Matsomoto and Tony Honda developed - great work, great team, great dealer.
