I purchased a vehicle from Tony Honda in 2020 and was very pleased with my experience and I still have the vehicle today. We recently moved off island, and prior to leaving decided to sell one another ve very pleased with my experience and I still have the vehicle today. We were on a short timeline to get everything done, so we decided to sell our vehicle to a dealer for speed and ease. My selling experience was the complete opposite of my buying experience. I initially started the conversation with someone else, and then was handed off to Darin. Darin was cordial and professional. During the "negotiation" process he did as many salesman have and said things like "I'll be straightforward" and "I don't want to waste anyone's time" and we discussed the value of the vehicle. I was not happy with the initial offer to purchase my vehicle and ultimately was able to increase that number by a couple thousand dollars. What is the most frustrating is that during our conversation I was told things like the vehicle isn't very popular on the island and would be difficult to sell, it could possibly sit on the lot for over 100 days, and we would likely only sell it for $26-$28,000. A couple of weeks after we left the island and completed the transaction, I was curious so I pulled up the website and was stunned to see the vehicle listed for $35K. These types of interactions are what give car salesmen a bad name and make trusting sales people in general very difficult for many. More

We only use Tony Honda for our Fit and HRV servicing. During the pandemic the dealership started a complimentary auto pickup and delivery service when vehicles go in for service. I estimate we have used it 4-6 times now and find it a tremendous plus for where we take our cars for service. As older customers now that relieves many of the stresses that go with vehicle servicing. Even more important, the folks who pick up and deliver our autos are the nicest, most cheerful people we have worked with. As was our service advisor Natasha Helsham. What I find most impressive is that Tony Honda provides this service for our Fit that is out of warranty. I don’t know if this is a trial service or now policy, but it absolutely cements our loyalty to Tony Honda service. Added to the typical prompt, efficient, and professional service, there is no peer for this operation. We are very grateful for this added benefit. More
