I have brought my "Leased" HR-V Vehicle to the Service Center 5 times so far. I have had nothing but good experiences, and excellent service each and every time. The service department is very efficient and professional. The service agent was very helpful in explaining the 30K maintenance and answered all my questions, making sure I understood what was t professional. Car battery testing equipment accuracy should be reviewed by the dealership. My battery was rated "Green" but failed in two days. I doubt this was associated with human error. Thanks to my service agent who addressed my concerns regarding this "hiccup", I am maintaining a 5-star rating for the dealership's service department. More

He had a huge smile, had shaken all of our hands, and got right to it when showing us the pre-certified Honda Odyssey’s! Kris had an insurmountable amount of knowledge when it came to the odyssey and answering our questions. He was patient, kind, and surely made us laugh! He really went above and beyond for us when it came to our trade-in, and our entire buying experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better sales guy, and was pleased with our entire experience with him. I have bought cars from Tony Group in the past, but this transaction was a lot more tolerable and made the whole experience much better when having a great sales guy like Kris. Thank you Kris and Tony Honda for a memorable experience! We will be coming back, and Kris is definitely the reason!!! More
