I let Chris know what our plan was. we were thinking 1500 down and around 400 or less payments. Come find out Chris could not sale us the car because of Honda and Nissan work relationship. He passed us off to Miles and Miles did an outstanding job in getting car. She walked out with basically her dream car and with 450 payment plan and 3000 down. there was no pressure to sign and after everything was done. We had to work with Jason Lee for final paperwork. these guys stayed well passed closing time to make sure Michelle was good to go. I am proud to say they all help her get her car and I know in Hawaii elders are uncles and everyone lived up to that motto. The professionalism They all showed, was above normal duty. I will be recommending the dealership to anyone who will listen. More

I tried contacting the Service Department twice online and they never responded to me. All I wanted to know was whether they had done a proper job on my car. One of the jobs done on my car was a transmiss and they never responded to me. All I wanted to know was whether they had done a proper job on my car. Less than a week after they did work on my car, it breaks down and I had to get a new transmission installed at another auto repair shop. The shop discovered later upon repair that there was a lack of transmission fluid in the torque converter which indicated that it had caused my transmission failure. Like another reviewer mentioned on this review site, Tony Honda seems to not reply back to customers once they are already done working on your vehicle. Tony Honda, why make an online contact form available when you do not respond? After submitting the form, your site even says somebody would contact me back shortly. Also, although my service advisor, Kayelah, was professional and did her job when my car was getting fixed, she did not respond to me when I left her a voice message on the day my car broke down to call me back. Update: A Service Department manager had contacted me, and although he was apologetic, he was taciturn. I think he did not want to say much to avoid giving details, but he noted that their mechanic did their job properly and that he is Honda certified. While that is nice to know, it does not explain how my torque converter was dry. Also, the manager did not even try to offer anything to me to keep me as a repeat customer. Everybody, please beware taking your car to get serviced here. More
