I left the Honda service station feeling AMAZED! All my problems were either solved or repair estimates provided. So here's how it went down. I pulled up and Shayna (20115) came to help. Right off the bat, she was courteous, friendly, and willing to listen. I arrived early in the morning, without a reservation, and was not sure if anything could be done for me. Shayna listened to my problems, and assured me she would try to fit me in. After looking into my history and figuring out the logistics, we determined the proper actions needed to fix my problems. It was the little things that really made her service stand out. I didn't have another driver with me, so she offered a shuttle service to take me to get breakfast if I needed. As the car was being worked on, she would come by and give me a heads up on the progress. I felt well taken care of, and was so grateful to have her helping me with my issues. The cherry on top was when Shayna came to ask me if I would like a complimentary car wash! What?! Out of this world! Before I left, Shayna advised that I could contact her directly to schedule further repairs that were recommended by the technicians. Best service ever! I will recommend! Also the service rep next to Shayna was super helpful as well. I didn't get his name. More

Was expecting to pay for a new tire, repair/ service hour charges, the tech driving to my hale/all of it, gulp, but at the end, no charge, just friendly happy staff members who wanted the “ auntie” safe on the road!!! I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff was at Tony Honda. Seriously, no ka oi. An absolutely well run department, which is a reflection on the general manager, for sure. WARNING ! ! I have been a customer with Honda for years! I brought my car in with a noise and shaking. I was told it was brakes, bushings etc. which I had done ! I have been a customer with Honda for years! I brought my car in with a noise and shaking. I was told it was brakes, bushings etc. which I had done about 9 months ago. Since then I have brought my element back several times and was sent home with the same noise. Finally this month they decided it was my bearings and the head of service dept would do the work himself (Jerrell) whom had to remove the wheel and brakes etc to do the bearing and he did not notice all of the rubber seals were leaking grease with the clamps hanging off of them. I went home again with a worse noise and Jerrell lied to the mgr said he told me about it when I picked it up! Sneaky wrote it on my report which I was the fool not to check it but I trusted the " head of the dept." His words when I picked it up were your Cherry all good! My son took the car back because I was afraid of the noise and the mgr. Kiko's response to my son was its her word against my head guy who has no bad reviews ( of course not no one knows who is working on their car) Long story short the noise was still there and the extra noise was a metal dust shield Jerrell bent which dug into my rotor. The mechanic I took it to did the work and said not only was it incompetent but down right dangerous. He said they pressed in the bearings with double tork and warped my new rotors! He found the ball joint not pressed in and much more as soon as he pulled the wheel. They had to replace bearings, ball joint, steering arm and all bushings were falling so everything Honda did I had to have redone. I loved the convenience and totally trusted this company and will never step foot in again!!! Wish I could show you the pictures of the damage but I guess Ive gone on long enough...I am not done! This will not happen to anyone else! More

About two owners ago, this was the best dealer I had ever dealt with. Incredible! Now, probable one of the worst. I practically had to beg them into a deal. Three weeks after, I am still waiting for a spare dealt with. Incredible! Now, probable one of the worst. I practically had to beg them into a deal. Three weeks after, I am still waiting for a spare key, A tire that I already paid for and a phone call from ANYONE who can tell me when I will receive these items. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER. More
