Not once did they question my wife for myself about the issues that we had with our new Ram they brought it right into the shop no problems no questions asked. The work that was done to the truck was by far superior work at Best. I would recommend the service department at Tony domiano over any other service department in Pennsylvania. More
Deception Run away from here as fast as you can. They tried to sell me a "new" used truck but didn't reveal all the damage until they wanted me to sign a wa Run away from here as fast as you can. They tried to sell me a "new" used truck but didn't reveal all the damage until they wanted me to sign a waiver that I knew about all previous repairs that were not disclosed to me and, the warranty was not for the full time period due to pre-claimed damage. I ran out of there and will never return. I advise you to do the same. More
Worst customer service This dealer is awful. DO NOT PURCHASE a car here. Wish I had listened when people told me this. Bought a brand new 2016 Jeep and have had NOTHING b This dealer is awful. DO NOT PURCHASE a car here. Wish I had listened when people told me this. Bought a brand new 2016 Jeep and have had NOTHING but problems with it. Took it back several times and they finally told me to just deal with it. Then I take it back for an oil change and get charged $116.00 dollars. FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!!! I told them I had a free one coming, and all they did was credit me. I want my money back, I will not be taking my car here anymore. I just want to be done with them. Again if anything go ELSEWHERE. With somebody in the public eye as much as Tony Domiano one would think that Mr. Domiano’s hand shake is worth something. We came to an agreement and Tony ordered a vehicle for me on November 2, 2013. I wa one would think that Mr. Domiano’s hand shake is worth something. We came to an agreement and Tony ordered a vehicle for me on November 2, 2013. I waited until December 10, 2013 for the Jeep to arrive at the dealership. When I showed up with my trade they said that the wholesaler is no longer interested in it and that we cannot do the deal with my trade involved. Keep in mind; this is a car that they already made an offer on. This dealer is first class classic car sales. There are plenty of other dealers willing to accept your money, go elsewhere. More
This is nothing against the Chrysler Corp but I cannot state more emphatically that you should not trust Tony Domiano Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Rt 6, Scranton-Carbondale Hwy, in Eynon, PA because they really state more emphatically that you should not trust Tony Domiano Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Rt 6, Scranton-Carbondale Hwy, in Eynon, PA because they really don’t have any idea what it is like to be honest, decent, and trustworthy people, and I consider them thieves. In fact on more than one occasion they have lied to me, deceived me, and I have paid for goods and services I've yet to receive over a span of several MONTHS, and am also out of pocket additional monies because of this. And their negligence is next to inexcusable. I've dealt specifically with a salesman named Don “Donny“ Race, and the Sales Manager, James (Jim) Kreidler, and if they tell you that water is wet, I strongly advise you to double-check because so far all they’ve brought to my transaction were lies and more lies, and I for one feel extremely wronged. For years I saved-up for a brand new dump truck for my business, and was really excited that this was the year! A few customizations, a hand-picked color, and this baby was going to be the flagship of my business! On delivery day it was an exciting {over} an hour-and-one-half drive from where I live near Philly, as I was really looking forward to driving this truck! I should have tried to cancel the deal the minute I saw the truck as it was painfully obvious that the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) was never done. The interior was filthy, the protective plastic shrink-wrap was still on the radio and instrumentation, many fuses weren’t installed, wire harnesses were not installed, there was magic marker all over the windows and headlights, and it was obvious the prep – the fluff – was not done. And there was NO gas in the tank. Within five minutes of leaving the lot the low fuel light came on and do you know what it’s like to look for diesel fuel after 8:00 at night in an area you barely know? The engine was truly sputtering by the time I found a station and fueled up the truck at my expense. Additionally, the next day, after loading the first load, it became painfully obvious that the tires were never fully inflated which explained the horrible gas mileage I experienced driving it home. Not only is this negligent act a terrible risk to my safety, it also can severely damage brand new tires. When I ordered the truck I ORDERED AND PAID FOR a remote start kit and a Brake Rheostat (controller). I want to be clear: this dealership’s salesman, Donny, allowed me to order accessories for my truck. I {obviously} was told by Donny the work could and would be done, and I paid $1,000 up front to get this done. After I took delivery I realized these items were not done. When I called the next day I was told that the items were on back-order. A few weeks later when I called to find out what was going on, I was assured that the parts were now in and I was to bring the truck back up and all would be taken care of (includes some of the other items that should have been done during the PDI). At my additional expense and time, I had to drive back up to Scranton (gas and tolls) and pay to have one of my employees to drive a 2nd vehicle up (gas and tolls AND the employee’s time) to take me home as the work would take a day. I dropped the tuck off on a Friday afternoon. The following Wednesday we drove back up (employee’s time, gas and tolls) and it was obvious that even after four working days that my truck had not moved from where I had left it. I was livid and I got in my truck and drove it home (gas and tolls). And to be clear: the work had not been done, I've now been told it can‘t be done, and I've yet to receive a refund. So now I’m out the $1,000 I prepaid for parts and labor, and I’m also out close to $500 for gas and tolls and my employee’s time. I also consider this very strange: after over two months I've yet to receive any of the usual survey or other customer follow-up materials from Chrysler. Why? Was my information deleted from the system or purposefully put into the system with the wrong information? This is not my first vehicle purchase but it is definitely the first time I've never received a survey. Regardless, I’m out close to $1,500 because of the blatantly deceitful business practices and outright untrustworthiness that is the staff of the unscrupulous Tony Domiano Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Rt 6, Scranton-Carbondale Hwy, in Eynon, PA., and I want it back.
