He was very friendly and answered all of the questions I had on the differences between very similar cars. I had a fairly specific list of what I wanted and what I appreciated is that he showed me those cars and didn't try to sell me some other car (or a new car). I didn't feel rushed in looking and didn't feel pressure at all and that made the experience very comfortable. Then I met with Zach Moser to finalize the purchase paperwork and he was great too! I probably had more questions than a lot of people since I haven't owned or purchased a car in a while and they were both very patient and informative. After all was done, Michael showed me how to work everything in the car (w/o me asking)! Awesome! He could have said "ok, here's the manual" but instead he just said "let me show you how to do everything" and set up my bluetooth and told me if I forgot how to do things I could come back and he'd show me again. AMAZING! More

Mike handled it all like a pro and he put his ALL into the negotiations with such grace. After closing hours, and the purchase was completed, and we were exhausted. Mike stayed and made sure all my questions were answered and he set up my phone with the car's system for me. I left some things in the trade in car by mistake, and Mike rescued them without worries. He is very approachable and I would highly recommend to look for him if you're looking for a car. Mike encouraged me to contact him if I had any concerns or questions in the future, and I intend to do just that. More

The car I originally went to look at had just been sold, so Michael Kasper too I went to Ron Tonkin Mazda for the first time looking to finance a car. The car I originally went to look at had just been sold, so Michael Kasper took me out to the lot to see if there was something else I would be interested in. He wasn't pushy at all, and even asked if we wanted to look around by ourselves so we wouldn't feel pressured. He showed us a couple cars, and I ended up finding a car I liked even more than the one I originally wanted. He was really helpful with the application process as well, and they made sure I got the best deal I could get. The finance specialist Ray Ramirez was awesome and made sure I understood all the info I needed to. I definitely would recommend this dealership based on the really friendly customer service. More

He was informed about the car's features and was not pushy. He was extremely courteous while we waited for the car to be detailed and the loan paperwork to be completed. He did not need to attend to us while we waited but he was very kind to still do so. Loan negotiations were standard. Nothing overly aggressive or unbearable. You have to expect negotiations when buying a car and these people were straight-forward, honest, and kind. More
