I told them that was what I wanted and was not interetsted in anything else. However, I've been getting four calls every day and my inbox clogged up with annoying and aggressive sales pitches. If you ever look into this dealership, they will NEVER leave you alone. More
Standard profit-driven dealership While our salesman claimed to be about honesty and transparency, he used the same tactics as at most of the dealerships I've visited: offering to come While our salesman claimed to be about honesty and transparency, he used the same tactics as at most of the dealerships I've visited: offering to come down to a specific price, then backtracking; claiming they paid X for the car and then ultimately selling it for less than that; claiming my trade in was worth Y, then ultimately coming up almost $2,000 on it (with enough threats to walk away). Everything took forever, for no apparent reason. The process between making a deal and finalizing the purchase lasted 90 minutes, and I wasn't even financing. While I appreciated that my meeting with finance to sign the last papers moved quickly, I did not like that he brushed off my questions, and I felt rushed to sign one document without full information. I can't say I was surprised, as my expectations for this industry are fairly low. But I was certainly not impressed. More

Great customer service I previously purchased a used car from this dealership. More than a year after purchase, I had an issue with my vehicle. The person who sold me the ca I previously purchased a used car from this dealership. More than a year after purchase, I had an issue with my vehicle. The person who sold me the car no longer works there. The sales department referred me to Michael Kasper. My issue was a customer-service issue, meaning that Michael was going to make no commissionable income on working with me. In fact, taking care of my issue was going to take him off the sales floor, thus inhibiting his ability to sell (and make money). Michael couldn't have been more understanding and accommodating. Over the course of two days, Michael worked very hard to resolve my issue. Again; he had no financial incentive to help me. He was honest, genuine, and made sure I was taken care of. I strongly recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for old-fashioned, honest customer service. As we all know, that kind of service has gone the way of the dinosaurs. I would be happy to purchase a future car from Michael. A+. More
