Went car shopping today with a strict budget. My first stop was at Dick Hannah, and those sales people wouldn't even give me the time of day. But continued my search and came across Tonkin Mazda. I was immediately greeted by Fernando Ortiz and let him know what I was looking for and my budget. I knew it was not going to be an easy task, but he looked like he enjoyed the challenge. He spent a lot of time with me, going through all the cars we could find that would fit my parameters, even at other locations. He genuinely wanted me to find the car that I wanted. When it came time to do the purchasing, his colleague Patrick in finance was a huge help as well. Definitely could not have gotten in a car I wanted to be in if it wasn't for these two. I've never been able to confidently refer a car dealership, let alone a sales person to anyone before... but I would absolutely advise you to give these guys a try. I would 100% buy my next car from them. More
