Just purchased new CX-30. It was a very smooth and great buying experience. I was not the easiest customer to deal with but Kyle B and Patrick were so patient and helpful. Super smooth transaction with Rafael and got a great deal on a new CX-90 PHEV. I do think they could digitize some of the paper work like some other dealers I have been to and that would make the transaction on a new CX-90 PHEV. Unprofessional. Does not do DMV paperwork in a timely manner. They waited nearly a month after the car purchase to file paperwork with the DMV. Now, with the additional time it takes the DMV to process the plate transfer the finance company is coming after me because they have not received the title and will raise my APR from 5.6% to 19% because it will be considered an unsecured loan. I'm having to purchase additional trip permits because the one they gave me expired. After speaking with a manager they took no ownership of not submitting the paperwork in a timely manner, didn't offer to give me another trip permit, and suggested I put my plates on even though the registration is complete - this is not legal. Additionally, they said they would "get the car cleaned up" before I took it. After closer inspection I found glitter, hair, and food crumbs in the car. They have a unique perspective on what "clean" is. Basically I would not trust this dealership with anything. They can't manage details and take no responsibility for dropping the ball. Save yourself a headache and buy your car someplace else. More

This was my third dealership in three days looking for a newer used vehicle. Nick F. was great; he was friendly and diligent, and never pushy. I test drove it, and he did what he could to make a deal that night, even offered me snacks! Before I left he asked for my requirements and said he would look for cars to match my criteria. I went home and considered, and true to his word he sent me a note the next day about another car he'd found for me. However, I decided I wanted to purchase the second one he'd shown me. Painless process, and had he been pushy, argumentative, or dismissed me in favor of the two men I was with (I am a woman), I would have moved on to another dealership. The car really wasn't much different than one I had driven the day before at a location much closer to my house, but Nick made the difference! More
