I was going to meet a third party in Portland to sell my vehicle, and would need a new car immediately to get back home to the coast. He and I stayed in constant contact, via phone and text, and he answered all of my questions and provided me with detailed "e-price" on several cars. The day before I was to head to Portland, I contacted Mike and he said he was "holding" a couple for me to see. I met him in person for the first time, we test drove one model, I asked a few questions and we sat down to do the deal. He walked me through the set up of the MyMazda app, and instructed me in several things inside the vehicle and off I went.
