Last weekend when my Jeep Grand Cherokee started acting up, I knew an inevitable trip the mechanic was in the cards for the near future. I was able to schedule an appointment, arrange for a rental car (through Enterprise via DCD) and also have my warranty information verified all within the course of 10 minutes. When I arrived to drop my car off I spoke to David, the same who I spoke with on the phone. It was nice that I did not have to re-explain everything…he already knew what the issues were. David then outlined what they were going to do, when to expect a call, and went over the usual estimate/release paperwork. Enterprise was there a few minutes later…no wait. The next morning things went just as David had outlined and I had by Jeep back that afternoon and was back on the road. Thanks to everybody at DJD that made what could have been a possibly inconvenient experience as smooth as can be! More

We left that night and came back two days later to find the van had been purchased. Randy found us a different van that was the same make and model, but just a year older. We ended up getting a much better deal on this and it fit us better. Even with credit issues, we were able to get a deal with them for 3% less than we were paying on our trade-in. The thing that made us the most comfortable was that he was very patient with us. We had our 4 year old and 9 week old with us, so we needed a little extra time on occasion. When we needed some space, he would leave us and just stop by every now and then to see if we were ready to get back to business. All in all, we were very pleased and I will definitely be returning Service, as well as the next time I am in the market for a vehicle. More
