We were in the market for a 2011 Jeep Compass, and were referred to Dick's by the CostCo auto buying program. We have owned a 1999 Grand Cherokee for years, & were ready to upgrade to new. I've used this dealership for service and have always had a positive experience as well. Jeremy was our salesperson, and we really appreciated his laid-back personality from the test drive to the end of the buying process. He was able to answer all of our questions, and was very easy to talk to while we waited during the negotiation process. The only negative aspect was during the negotiation on our trade. There was a faulty report that appeared on the Carfax. It stated the 1999 Jeep had water damage from another state. That was incorrect information, and caused a delay in coming to an agreement in trade value for that vehicle. Jeremy said that this occurs more than once in a while, so it's unfortunate that Carfax has the power to dictate value on a customer's trade, if they are giving inaccurate information. However, after working with him, we feel we were given pretty close to what we were asking, and on the whole, it was a positive experience. The gentleman who helped us with financing was very personable, and easy to work with as well. I've been in dealerships where they give you the hard sell on warrantys and protective add-ons that just aren't necessary. There was a slight wait to get to the signing process, but it went quickly once we were in the office. He did a great job finding a low rate for us, and our payments are just where we wanted them. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Jeep. More

Randy, took it from there. We showed up, looked under the jeep, under the hood, took a test drive, and sat down with coffee and again, Randy took it from there. I loved how friendly and sincere Randy is; I felt right at home. There was absolutely no pressure. He listened to my needs.
