I went into Dick's Auto Group to look at a Dodge Nitro listed on Craigslist for sale. When I went to this dealership for information regarding a Jeep, I had already pretty much decided to by a Honda. Chris listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and showed me 2 that fit my requirements. The a Jeep, I had already pretty much decided to by a Honda. Chris listened to what I wanted in a vehicle and showed me 2 that fit my requirements. There was no pressure during that visit and Chris was very knowledgeable and friendly. I liked Chris a lot and enjoyed the time I spent with him looking at the 2 vehicles and test driving. I visited several different car lots and I met several sales people during my research into which vehicle to buy and he is the only one I would give an A+ for pre-sale effort. There were only 2 negative issues with my overall experience in buying at this dealership. One was having to play the pricing game at the end. I almost left over a $399 option that I did not want and was not removable. Instead of straight forward negotiating the sales manager pretended that he was not involved in the deal and called Chris a jerk over not taking the amount off the price. It was comical and disappointing. Except for that, Chris was awesome and I blame the industry for playing stupid games to get the business that was already theirs. The 2nd issue I found was after buying the vehicle and taking it home - I was washing the car and found a very shoddy paint repair on the roof a couple of inches long. It will be hidden under a cargo carrier so no one will see it but - it was not disclosed. It could be that the dealership didn't even know about it but - I don't know that for sure... Again I want to thank Chris for helping me - I love my new vehicle, it works for my family perfectly and I must say gets a lot of comments about how much of a beauty it is. I am glad I went to see Chris or I would be driving a minivan right now:) For those looking for a Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler - see Chris. He will hook you up! More

I needed expert advice on selecting a pickup to pull a 20ft trailer that I found out my Nissan Frontier ( Nismo 4 wheel drive off road) 4 Liter engine was not capable of towing- bottom line was Anthony providing suggestions and advice to my wife and I with no sales pressure- he said he had a pickup that would do everything we wanted with power to spare and this led me to go back today July 28th and purchase the pickup Anthony suggested. Both my wife and I are thankful to all Dick's Country employee's that we had contact with and especially a big " Thank You " to Anthony for making a vehicle purchase enjoyable.
