I found about Dick's on the Internet searching for a second car. First thing I noticed is that their advertised prices are a trifle better than most other dealers' for the same configurations. I requested an appointment for a test drive using their website and was impressed with the swift response. It happened that the car I wanted to check had sold the night before but Jeremy was nice and handled the situation very well. He suggested to still meet and offered to work with us on finding a vehicle that would satisfy our requirements. At the dealership we met Jeremy and he was very friendly and listened carefully to our desires. He did not try to push on us something we do not want or like just to make a deal neither told us that if we want certain feature we have to be ready to pay for it. The cars he offered us for test drive were very close to our desired specs and further he worked with us to offer a mutually satisfactory deal. In the end we did not get much of a discount from the originally advertised price but never the less we had very nice experience and the deal we got was still better than what we could negotiate with other dealers we visited before Dick's. In conclusion, we are very happy with the car and with the purchasing experience. Definitely we will recommend Dick's and Jeremy particularly. More
We worked with Tony and when we were ready to buy he was swamped so he asked Chris to help us. It was good to see that type of teamwork - to make sure the customer is taken care of instead of individual sa swamped so he asked Chris to help us. After we decided we wanted to make an offer, Richard spoke with us about the car value and pricing - we agreed on a price and the paper work process began - this was the only part of the process that was not too good - it took over an hour to get to the point that we could sign it. Bless Chris, as he sat and talked with us about everything under the sun to help occupy the time while we waited. Once we got to the signing portion, the rest was a breeze. Thanks Chris! More

I was a bit angry that each piece of paper presented to me had a different price on it. The first piece of paper had a price that far exceeded the posted online price. Each subsequent document passed to me seemed to have a different price like you were trying to sneak in a higher price. I was tempted to leave a few times. I am still wondering if they pulled a fast one on me. But I think my concern has a lot to do with the way prices are presented. It seemed that prices were being pulled out of a hat. It made me feel like I wasn't a good enough negotiator to buy a new car. Really, the first dealer who pulls out a spreadsheet that itemizes and explains each price lineitem before I agree to buy a car will have my future business. I do not want to play a game where the best negotiator wins. Again, the salesman was great; the system is bad. More
walked in with a crappy kia. it was a flipped loan,(we owed more than the car was worth), way more. the car itself was not in the best condidtion, it was not detailed, had a dent, and a broken windshield. owed more than the car was worth), way more. the car itself was not in the best condidtion, it was not detailed, had a dent, and a broken windshield. chris came up with a smile and a friendly handshake and told us he would do the best he could. we checked out a couple journeys and picked the new one because rebates would help us eat up some of the negative equity. when it was all said and done we ended up with a fully loaded journey for 100 more than what we were paying on the kia. the dealers at ron tonkin had ripped my wife off, (in my opinion), because she was naive. she had bought the car before we met, after purchasing a lemon camry from tonkin. when she tried to trade the camry back in, or take it back, within the month they told her there was nothing wrong with it and charged a bunch of rediculous fees to get into the piece o'*!@t kia they sold her. the whole time we were at xxxxx chris sat in the kids room with us and helped occupy our little girl, who is 14 months. we got a great deal, great service, and the guys at xxxxx will have our buisness for life. thanks again guys.
