From first contact to delivery this was a great dealership to deal with. I had been looking for a very specific vehicle for quite some time. Found the exact truck I had been looking for on Dick's website. My first contact was with John when I called in with some specific questions regarding the truck. John was very helpful and got right back to me with answers to my questions. He then set up a time for me to meet with Randy and take a look at the truck. Randy was absolutely great to deal with throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about every question I had regarding the truck, and a true professional from first contact to delivery of the truck. Randy always called me back when he said he would and took care of every extra item on the truck as promised and on time. I then met Rob when I came to take delivery of the truck and complete the final paperwork. Rob was a true professional as well and made for a very quick and painless paperwork process. All in all; a great experience from beginning to end and I would highly recommend Dick's and all above mentioned employees to anyone looking for a new vehicle and a great purchasing experience for their next vehicle. I drove a Chrysler LHS for 14 years and had been a customer in the service department for several years. I was basically satisfied. Then I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to David Wentworth, customer in the service department for several years. I was basically satisfied. Then I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to David Wentworth, and my overall experience changed from OK to GREAT. He is very personable - he listens, he explains, he follows up and he remembers all about the car on future visits. If any problem was ever noticed, I was shown the 'what', the 'why' and all possible resolutions were clearly outlined. There is a trust issue in auto repairs, and to put it simply David has earned my trust. I appreciate his knowledge, his memory and his great customer service. When I began to think about getting a new car, David recommended I talk to Jeremy DeHaven in the sales department. Jeremy's product knowledge is impressive, and he was patient and very helpful as my interest jumped from one vehicle to another. He knew all the features and was very comfortable comparing various options. And during test drives he was quiet, allowing me to concentrate on the vehicle and ask questions or make comments. I liked that. There was no push or high pressure, he was comfortable giving all the information and help he could, while I tried to decide what kind of car I might like to own next. Going back into the showroom I saw a 2013 Dodge Dart. and after sitting in it and admiring it, we took one for a test drive. After a couple more visits, I presented my list of 'must have' options, and Jeremy did a dealer search to see if he could locate a car that would work for me. He was always patient, always easy to communicate with. In the meantime I had a lovely brochure to read on the highlights of this new model. All through the process Jeremy was sincere, honest and very helpful. This was a total win-win situation with outstanding service and sales...and I LOVE my new car! More

I went to Dodge unsure on getting a new or used truck. After taking a test drive with Randy May and talking with him about the positives and negatives of new or used, I was set on the truck that I wanted! Ruben knows what he is selling and can clearly explain the the features of the vehicle. The only negative we had with the whole experience is that the day after the sale I found the transmission slipped in the Jeep. I changed the fluid and filter and it seems to have cured the issue. I think the pre sale mechanical and safety check done at the dealer should have caught this issue. I would buy another car there but I am not sure that I would use their service department More

Trading in a 2007 Toyota Tacoma. The experience was overall pretty good. Biggest issue was the amount offered for my trade in. It was explained that with all things taken into consideration for re-sale that it really wasn't possible to offer more, and also because of how much they had lowered the price of the new vehicle. Basically, they agreed to match the Incentives being offered by Gresham Dodge. Today, my trade-in is listed on the website with a Market Value of $29,995. with a No-Hassle Pricing of $26,995. I was given $16,500. as trade. Having researched prices of this year of Toyota, I had a good idea what resale values are . I guess I should have pushed for a little more for the trade-in price. My mistake. But then I was also told that if they gave me more for the Toyota, they would have to raise the price of the Ram. More
