They failed to offer us new plates then later failed to transfer our information. Now we are running from DEQ to DMV rrying to figure out the mistake they made. They have caused us a lot of grief over the issue. When called they were not forthcoming with information at all. Refused me when I asked to speak to a manager. I am half tempted to trade in our truck and go else where to save the head ache of dealing with them. Very unprofessional More

When I finally gave up on unreturned calls and lack of information I tried Jeremy Dehaven. Though it was an hour plus drive it was worth the time. I talked with Jeremy via emails to start, met with him once and ordered my Jeep. He kept me apprised of the process from order date, to being given a VIN number to the week I should expect my jeep to arrive. He accommodated my schedule and had everything ready when I made the next drive to pick up my vehicle. It was an easy, fulfilling experience and I enjoyed the hour plus drive home with the top open on my new rough and tough jeep unlimited!!! More
