Great experience I contact Tonin Hyundai via the internet about a 2014 Fiat 500L. I was coming contacted back by Jared Cunnninghqm. I advised that we would be up from I contact Tonin Hyundai via the internet about a 2014 Fiat 500L. I was coming contacted back by Jared Cunnninghqm. I advised that we would be up from Salem sometime on Sunday. Upon arrival Jared made himself available to assist us. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We came to a deal within minutes after the test drive. Jared then turned us over to Harry Razzaghy in the finance department to finish the paperwork on the cash sale. Harry was also very friendly, courteous and helpful. Harry provided us with his direct numbers, even after hours if needed, if anything came up. They both treated us as if we were family. My daughter loves the car and we would work with both Jared and Harry again. Thank you, Brett Lind More

Management dishonest and indifferent A very dishonest sales person named Harry Razzaghy, an indifferent Brian Barnes, (yes, II spoke to him too) the area GM and creepy George Monaco, the A very dishonest sales person named Harry Razzaghy, an indifferent Brian Barnes, (yes, II spoke to him too) the area GM and creepy George Monaco, the Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai Manager; do not care about repeat business or customer service. May 2016 I bought a used GMC Terrain that Harry told me had been completely checked out. I drove off the lot and 2 blocks later I turned on the air conditioning, only to discover that the car had none! The compressor was replaced without looking at cause. I know this because I have had 2 independent mechanics, that work on AC’s, look at my car today and tell me the same thing. Changing the compressor was like putting a Band-Aid over what was the real problem. So, it simply happened again. I have been quoted $1,750.00 and $1,680.00 respectively, to put in an entire new system in because a "simple flush" as George Monaco put it, will not cure the problem. I went to pay George a visit today. He must think I'm an idiot. He told me that I probably used the air conditioning not only in the summer but even more than I realized throughout the winter, defrosting the windows and wore the new compressor out! The more he spoke, the clearer it became, that I was not a valued customer and that Tonkin does not care about repeat business. I said I wanted a full warranty, when I purchased the vehicle, It turns out my warranty is limited to certain parts. My bad. It never occurred to me to roll the windows up and down before I bought the car. My bad. The motor barely works in both doors. Harry promised a key fob in a day or two. I called and called and was told he didn't have it yet. Then I called the mgr. and he said to do it myself, it isn't expensive, and that they don’t do key fobs there anyway. Harry Razzaghy just said what I wanted to hear with no intention of providing me with a fob. At this point it’s not about the fob, it’s the point. My mechanic called George Monaco and suggested that they pay a portion of the repair. George said no. There was total disregard for selling me a car in good shape. There was no concern to "make good" on a one year old compressor, that should still be working. They would rather save whatever their cost is, a few hundred dollars? than sell me another car in a few years! Or think about the referrals I would have given. Short sighted, dishonest and don’t give a darn. Don't go there!!! There are much better dealerships in town. More
very satisfied I did a lot of research and "narrowed' down the list to 10-15 vehicles at 5 dealerships. My mom suggested we start in the middle and try the Elantra. The Elantra was everything I wanted and more. The people were friendly and so helpful. My mom feels secure with the service plans - a big plus for her. I love how convenient the location is for service. I feel like we've entered into a wonderful relationship with this dealership. More

They will push the extended warranty on you and then add some extra items that you have to pay for when you are signing. Service engine light came on before I even left the lot and said buyer beware. Purchase of 2017 Santa Fe We had basically selected the model, packages, and colors we wanted before we contacted Tonkin Gladstone. Information received via Truecar showed that they had a car that probably met our needs - one of a very few in the greater Portland area. The information available online, was not 100% clear. So Brock took a photo of the window sticker, and emailed it to us. Not only did they have the car what we wanted, it was a very low mileage demo, and they offered an attractive price. We emailed Brock the VIN and photos of our probable trade in, and got all of the pricing agreed by email/phone. We then set up an appointment to take a confirming test drive. We completed the paperwork shortly after the test drive / user training and drove home at the end of the single visit. More
