He addressed the 37 year old man in our party as “man”, “boss” and “bro” frequently. He did not shake his hand, instead offered him a fist to bump. He shook the women’s hands in the party. He then removed what at first appeared to be a mint tin and offered the contents to the man in the party. It was chewing tobacco. The man in our party declined, and then Harry put a wad in his lip and proceeded to spit in a cup for the rest of the transaction. We were talked into the warranty, at a discount. Which seemed fair, but was a hard sell. The incentive was it supposedly includes service intervals (transmission flush etc) but we have not found that in the paperwork. He did “throw in” oil changes (10 of them) if we drive an hour to our nearest Hyundai service center. He did not ask an employee to put the temp plate paper in the car, rather a member of our party. We verified which car and were instructed to tape it in the wrong vehicle. So we left the dealership without a temp plate. It had to be scanned and emailed the next day, no one offered to drive it out to where we were staying for the night (an hour drive away.). Overall our interactions left a bad impression. Devon Cowell was very personable and handled everything online and over the phone prior to arrival. He had the car promised at the price promised available. Cindy Locke took care of overnighting the temp plate as soon as we inquired, apparently no one else considered handling it. She was fantastic and prompt. Whomever detailed the car put a scratch and a small gouge in the passenger door and passenger door handle and did not actually pop the trunk to remove the copious pine needles accumulated just under the lip of the trunk lid. Apparently we need to make a special trip to get touch up paint, because we were told it could not be mailed. More

Total incompetence Took my car in because it was cutting out occasionally. The service people said there was sludge in my engine and that I needed to have my engine rep Took my car in because it was cutting out occasionally. The service people said there was sludge in my engine and that I needed to have my engine replaced at my cost. I said it runs fine it just cut out occasionally. They said it’s the oil sludge I need to replace my engine. Naturally, I refused. They put it back together I drove 1 mile oil that comes on and age and start smoking. I called them and they basically said see if you can get it back here will replace the engine. Incredible More

Then after test driving, Harry the finance person, made me feel at home and walked me through the whole process step by step. I would recommend this place because they are not tying to up sell you and the team works well together to collaborate to make an overall good experience. Armando continued to follow up with me with emails and a phone call to see if there were any questions that I had not been able to figure out.
