I recently switched from a different dealership to Gladstone Hyundai. I have never been treated so well as I have here. They call me by my name and every person I have interacted with there has been polite and helpful in a friendly way. They resolved an ongoing problem I have had with my car that no one else would take care of. I'm so grateful and actually look forward to the next time I need my oil changed or anything more serious because I know I can trust them. More

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Not knowing what to expect, I was a bit apprehensive. I was welcomed by Doug and then Mehdi was my sales person. Mehdi was very friendly and patient Not knowing what to expect, I was a bit apprehensive. I was welcomed by Doug and then Mehdi was my sales person. Mehdi was very friendly and patient with me and rode along for the test drive in a used Hyundai. The price was exactly as advertised and the fees and taxes were very reasonable. In addition, they handled all the DMV registration paperwork which alleviated a lot of stress I had. The whole process was very straightforward and I finished up the paperwork with Dane who was very nice and helpful and patiently explained what certain documents were when I was unsure. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend them to others and especially to first-time buyers. I will definitely buy my next vehicle there. Thanks to all the staff!! More

They are extremely friendly and helpful. I had a beautiful loaner car to use during the time I had my car worked on. The dealership is comfortable and has coffee snack and free Wi-Fi.
