Riley made it really easy to purchase a vehicle. I live out of state and my parents live on the west side of Portland and Riley delivered the vehicle to my parents. The only problem we ran into was I live out of state and my parents live on the west side of Portland and Riley delivered the vehicle to my parents. The only problem we ran into was lack of communication between different sales personal. I was passed off to 3 people though it sounded like it was due to vacation schedules which is understandable. Just being on the same page with all 3 salesmen would have made it smoother. Overall great experience, fair negotiation and delivery! More
