Excellent customer service! I was late and Leo was wonderful to still help me out. I watched Leo take the time to re-explain his answer to a lady ahead of me and he was the defi I was late and Leo was wonderful to still help me out. Hero Yoon is absolutely amazing! I had went to this dealership originally to take my car to their auto repair shop. After driving a hour to come and pick up my car; I had found that I had went to this dealership originally to take my car to their auto repair shop. After driving a hour to come and pick up my car; I had found that it was indeed not ready and they had not even worked on it yet. Finding this out made me and my family immediately upset due to how far we had traveled and also that I needed the car for work. In a moment when tensions were very high; Hero Yoon immediately stepped up to take care of us and defused the situation. He set us up with a rental car that very day and called the auto repair shop people himself to see what was going on. He went out of his way to help us and ensure we were taken care of when it wasn't even his fault or problem to begin with. The kindness he showed us made us want to tell everyone just how amazing he is! Will definitely come back just for the great customer service he gave! More

I cannot say enough great things about the team at Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai. I literally found my dream car (2017 Prius) at 7:00 AM, was on the phone with Doug Gaskalos at 7:15 AM, touring and test driving Gladstone Hyundai. I literally found my dream car (2017 Prius) at 7:00 AM, was on the phone with Doug Gaskalos at 7:15 AM, touring and test driving with Mehdi Jamil at 8:30 AM, in the office signing papers with Dane Walen at 9:30 AM and driving off the lot shortly after that! It was such a positive car buying experience. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating to myself and my son. They literally took care of everything so that I don't even have to go to the DMV to get my plates, registration, etc! Tonkin Gladstone Hyundai is now our family's forever dealership.
