I had an engine light on, a warning on the display, and a BlueLink email that I needed to get the engine checked. The earliest my usual dealer could squeeze me in was almost a month out. I called Tonkin, a BlueLink email that I needed to get the engine checked. The earliest my usual dealer could squeeze me in was almost a month out. I called Tonkin, and the woman said, "Bring it by tomorrow." I said, do I need an appointment confirmation or anything? She said, "You don't need an appointment. Your engine light is on. That's an emergency. Just bring the car in, and they'll squeeze you in." Now, THAT's the correct response. I took the car in, and everyone was very nice, knowledgeable, and laid back. In less than two hours, I got a call that the car was ready. That's the kind of service I want. Needless to say, I will be switching dealers. More
It’s been an interesting experience with my second vehicle purchase. When I have brought issues to the service center with my vehicle things to this day have not been done then when I have dropped my vehicle purchase. When I have brought issues to the service center with my vehicle things to this day have not been done then when I have dropped my vehicle off and you have it for a lengthy time (2 months) no communication happens from your service representative. I’m left wondering. Then when service is done I have no paperwork given to say what was repaired parts etc. it is disappointing to love my car and not have things since the day I drove off the lot not fixed. Including a in my eyes a safety issue with my drivers seat. Which I was told was on a national back order. Still waiting but again past issue have just been ignored. It is an overall disappointment the new service mgr is doing his best but I feel the service department runs short. More
Every time I come to this dealership there’s an issue. . I’ve been given incorrect diagnoses of my vehicle, I’ve had to reschedule appointments that I made in advance due to not having the part in, they ch . I’ve been given incorrect diagnoses of my vehicle, I’ve had to reschedule appointments that I made in advance due to not having the part in, they charged me upwards of $80 to replace a headlight in my car which is robbery.. and the communication is lacking tremendously. So much room for improvement, maybe management needs to be looked at, idk but I’ll be using a different Hyundai dealership going forward More

Communication at the service department is nonexistent. I was there to get a side mirror installed. I was told 60 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later with no word, I asked & after a few minutes I was told 20-30 min I was there to get a side mirror installed. I can’t speak for the rest of the dealership, but the service department needs to work on their speed &, more importantly, telling customers what’s going on. More
