Laziest worst customer service I have ever had when trying to buy a car. We walked around the dealership looking at cars and were not greeted by anyone, despite saying hello to one of the salesmen who trying to buy a car. We go inside to ask to see a car only to see three salespeople on their phones doing nothing. One of them finally looks up from their phone to ask if we need help. When we asked to see a particular car, and he had no idea which one we were talking about and asked us for their stock number. He was too lazy to simply type into the computer he was sitting by. He finally figured out what car we wanted to see and then told us the car in the photos online was NOT the car they actually had. He said they used stock photos for most of their cars. I guess they simply are too lazy to even take proper pictures or to write that disclaimer on their listings. What a freaking scam! After fumbling through this explanation he proceed to go look for the car for 10 minutes only to come back and tell us its in the back and not clean. We noticed most of the cars in the parking lot were not detailed so it wasn't a big surprise. After waiting for another 10 minutes for him to go find the car keys, so we decided to just leave. We figured they had something to hide since there is no reason why the cars cant be readily available. Red Flag #1: Salespeople who are too lazy and just want to play on their phone Red Flag #2: False advertising of cars on their website. Put a deposit on a vehicle several weeks ago. Working with Victor. Car came in - I went and drove it, took it to my wife as well, we both liked the car. Was ready to sign, but thought to ask Victor about the tow package the vehicle came with. Victor said - no problem - they could install a hitch and harness right there at the dealership - even quoted a price "range". I had heard these hitches/harness' have been causing Hyundai problems so i asked him to makes sure. He went to the parts department and came back and told me I could definitely get a hitch - but the part was on backorder and it would take a month. Wanted me to buy the car right then. I needed to be sure - so I asked him to call Hyundai first thing in the morning (it was after hours at this point), verify the info he gave me, and I would arrange travel to the dealership to come for the car. Victor told me he would call me at 9am - right after he confirmed with the Hyundai. I rearranged my schedule and my wife's schedule along with funds (i was paying cash) to complete the transaction at 10:30 in the morning. Victor never called. 10:30 rolls around and I reach out to him - "What did you hear from Hyundai?". He responded, "Still on hold". Several hours later - he texted me he found out indeed what I suspected - that a hitch and harness is currently UNAVAILABLE from Hyundai. The dealership literally has a wall mural of the vehicle towing a boat - and the vehicle comes with a "towing package" but you cannot get a factory hitch and harness. When I expressed my disappointment in receiving bad info - and wasting a bunch of time - Victor was a bit dismissive - I still can't believe he couldn't be bothered pick up the phone and discuss this with me - instead relayed it all via text. He told me the manager would definitely be calling the next day (NO CALL). He told me I would get my deposit back in 2 to 3 business days (Its now been a week and still no refunded deposit) Turns out it was just a bunch of "sales guy" bunk......glad I did not purchase that car... (BTW - If I don't get my deposit refunded by tomorrow - I'll just dispute the charge on my CC and let them deal with it) More
