Service department is horrible. No one communicates, no one does what they say they will. Came in to get my loaner as the service department was closing. The lady trying to show me No one communicates, no one does what they say they will. Came in to get my loaner as the service department was closing. The lady trying to show me my loaner was walking outside, while my service advisor was trying to get the ok on my car. I was quoted an estimate of $3500. I had said that yes I had to have the repairs done because I am financing the car. I called the next morning stating I was not authorizing anything until I received a price quote. Was told my claim had gone back to Hyundai to see if it would be covered more, once they got that amount, the estimate would be sent to me. Did not authorize work on my car until a price quote was received. Was told I would get one via email. Never received, waited over 2 weeks to hear back, when I called was told my engine was on order. Never got updates, had to call constantly to know what was going on. Left voicemails for my service advisor that were never returned. Was never explained to why Hyundai wouldnt cover all of my engine failure on a car with less than 60k miles. More

The woman at the service desk was great, very polite. But the man who was at the service desk was using the office off to the side for several scary phone calls in which he screamed and dropped the f wor But the man who was at the service desk was using the office off to the side for several scary phone calls in which he screamed and dropped the f word at least ten times in one convo. I could hear him when I came in the service entrance, and when I sat in the waiting area more than 30 feet away from his closed door while I got oil change/tire rotaion - he clearly thought the room would block sound better, or he just didn't care. It was actually really scary rage, and if I had been able to reschedule I would have run from that anger. I felt so so bad for the woman at the desk who clearly had no choice but to pretend it wasn't happening. It was actually a little creepy that when he came out of the room he was so polite. Then, even though I thought I had until November 1 to get my final free oil change (I got the package when I bought my car for free oil changes up until 3 years or 30k miles, and 3 years would have been nov 1 and im only at 25k) the system wouldn't allow it which was incredibly disappointing. Overall, scary, uncomfortable, won't be coming back here. More
