Best car buying experience I intended to look at a used vehicle and I took a test drive. I then was made aware of discounts of $2500 for an Elantra. This closed the gap between I intended to look at a used vehicle and I took a test drive. I then was made aware of discounts of $2500 for an Elantra. This closed the gap between used and new 2016 Elantra. Had a rental Elantra the month before for three days so already knew it was a car that appealed to me. With the rebates purchased the Elantra Value Edition - felt that it was great "bang for the buck." Also, after going to the dealer where I purchased my trade in 2013 Silverado pickup to see if they would buy, this dealer offered me a much better and fair trade in price. Between the very fair trade in price and the rebates felt I received a good deal - especially compared to equivalent Corolla or Mazda3. Also received a good interest rate. For a basic commuter with occasional road trips this is a very good car fit for me. The sales staff did not do a hard sell. Was told that other dealers may not like to be "shopped" but they have no problem with it and were not pushy. Had gone to another dealer and felt almost accosted as soon as I walked on the grounds. Felt stress-free the entire time. If you want to kick tires if you're just thinking about a car this is the place to go. More
