All the staff we worked with were helpful, pleasant, accommodating (we are very covid-cauti week I purchased a used Chevy Bolt from Tomlinson Motors. All the staff we worked with were helpful, pleasant, accommodating (we are very covid-cautious and they were agreeable to signing papers outside on their covered porch). They held the car while I was waiting for my funds to transfer, complied with our requests to have all the equipment that was supposed to come with the car (that is often missing from used vehicles), and when we inquired about whether the cabin air filter had been changed recently, in 5 minutes they just replaced it. A real plus to have a service department right there. It was a delight and comfort to deal with people I felt were honest, local, and a long-standing business in our community. More

I had checked the int My wife, daughter and I (plus our 2 lil dogs) stopped in to look at several vehicles at Tomlinson Motor in Gainesville Florida. I had checked the internet the night before and wanted to look at 4 vehicles they had listed. A fine gentleman named John promptly assisted us. John led us to 3 of the vehicles I had wanted to see and "rounded up" the fourth vehicle as it was parked on the other side of the lot. After some decision sharing with my wife and daughter, we decided to test drive a Terrain. After the test drive, which was lengthy due to getting lost, we decided to purchase the Terrain. John introduced me to Jon (manager) and we worked up a fair deal without any difficulty at all. I received a fair trade in for my Grand Caravan, which offset the cost of the Terrain. Tomlinson Motor does not charge customers "dealer fees" or "doc fees" that many, if not all dealers charge customers. The price you see its what is charged plus tax and title. This creates a HUGE savings for car buyers! The Dealership is professionally operated, and at no time do you feel pressured. The office area is spotlessly clean and you can help yourself to coffee too! This is an honest review for Tomlinson Motor. Jon and John made purchasing this vehicle, "the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made", and believe me, I have purchased many vehicles before.
