Tony went above and beyond with exceptional service through my whole car buying experience. From the start with calling to make sure I had proper directions, to getting my payment to what I could affor through my whole car buying experience. Working with Tony was an absolute pleasure! He was extremely patient, He was straightforward, I never felt pressured and - most importantly - he was a professional who knows the car business inside and out. In addition, their GM helped with the process and made sure I got the terms that made it possible for me to get the car I wanted at the payments I could work with! Shout out to Nora as well for getting the paperwork together quickly and explaining every detail of my financial obligations clearly and concisely! I highly recommend you talk to Tony if you are considering buying a car. For those who are reading their reviews, please know they are under new ownership and management as of April/May this year! Firstly it was difficult to get someone on the phone . Once I had the car I wanted picked out and had a price confirmed through true car , I went to the dealer and this is where the headache began . They had previously confirmed over the phone that true car prices would be honored . The manager told me I needed “ an official true car printed out certificate “ . (There is no such thing, the deal code is all they need ). Next they said the true car price is only on one VIN number and that the car I had picked is a loaner car. They told me they can give me an identical car but for a higher price . I told them to give me the vin numbers they have in stock so I can make another true car offer which takes 2 minutes . They finally gave up their tactics after an hour and agreed to match my price. The finance person Carl tried to scam us by saying dealer fees and registration were not part of down payment , but they were . Carl assured us all the paperwork was finished that night . The following day I called into the dealer 4 hours beforehand to make sure my temporary plates were ready and that everything was In order . I was told that it was . When I went in to pick up my vehicle I was approached by one of the detailers to sign one more paper because Carl forgot about it. This was to tack on an additional wrap coverage . We told Carl multiple times we do not want any additional coverage . After speaking with the manager, he basically threatened that if we don’t sign for this he doesn’t have to honor the deal. Carl also forgot to print out the temp plates so I was stuck waiting for an hour longer .( I had called them earlier in the day to make sure it would be ready ). I will never buy another vehicle from here again and will never recommend this place to anyone . It was the worst dealer experience in my life . More
We did our homework then found the car we wanted on line and called. They had the car on the lot when we got there the following day. Be prepaired to negotiate but Carlo took good care of us and when he saw and called. They had the car on the lot when we got there the following day. If you already have a car and you want to exchange it to VW, please please don’t go here! Just speaking through our experience they took over our Honda lease and they said they will take over our payments from Honda, but APPARENTLY it was not done and Honda was still charging us along with the monthly payment from VW. I brought this situation to VW 5x and NOTHING was done. They keep saying it was done and they were on it, but for some reason Honda still keeps giving us a bill! This has been 1 year and half that I’ve been getting a run around and was not solved! A year and half I’ve been going back and forth to the dealership to keep telling them handle this bill from Honda. And on top of that Honda ended up putting our account to the collection and basically ruined our credit score! Oh and get this, so finally I thought VW, sales manager name Ron, finally gave a check to the collection company, and he did that right infront of me just to make sure, BUT the check # Ron gave to the collection did not go through and VW of Union’s check bounced! BOUNCED!! Meaning INSUFFICIENT fundings!!!!! How could that be?? And so please I highly advise you to not get you business involve with this VW of Union! More
Willing to rectify the situation I purchased a 2018 VW Tiguan that was a floor model and company demo car one month ago. I absolutely love the car and am very happy with my newer purc I purchased a 2018 VW Tiguan that was a floor model and company demo car one month ago. I absolutely love the car and am very happy with my newer purchase. My salesman, Arthur Blenner, aka "Art", was very nice and professional. Although I love my newer purchase, there were a few bumps along the way. First off, there was no owner's manual with the car and the spare key needed to be replaced. No biggie, another manual was ordered and the key was replaced. One month into my purchase, the oil light came on indicating the need for an oil change in less than 1,000 miles (the vehicle requires an oil change every 10,000 miles). In addition, the engine coolant light came on. My grip was this. Considering this was a floor model and certified car, an oil change and a check for any recalls or defects should've been completed PRIOR to the sale of my car. Mistakes happen though. My sales man, Art, was accommodating and spoke with the sales manager and the situation was rectified. As such, I was awarded three, free oil changes. In addition, two recalls were taken care of and all fluids were topped off.....FREE OF CHARGE as is SHOULD be. It was also nice to get a complimentary car wash. As much as I know and believe all of this could've been avoided if it was taken care of PRIOR to my purchase, in the end, I got three, free oil changes, saving me a few hundred dollars. So, overall, I'm VERY PLEASED with the car itself, my salesman, Art, and the quality of service I received. I will DEFINITELY return for my future car services and will use this dealer again. I Highly recommend!! More
Unbelievably stress free experience! I made 2 trips to this dealership - the first one to make a deal, the second to actually agree to the deal, sign and pick up the car. I was absolutely floored by the respect and professionalism of this entire process, which in total, consisted of less than 4 hours across 2 days. I'd also like to mention that although I did not complete my purchase on the 1st day, I was never pushed to do so, I was not called off the hook to see if I was going to make the purchase - I was simply followed up on one time - a respectful courtesy call. My salesman, Rick Farfan, is someone I would recommend to anyone, including my closest family and friends, because he will ensure you have the most painless and easy going car buying experience possible. He handled my entire family with courtesy and some well-placed humor, ridding us of the stress we originally had going into this experience. He never argued or tried to discourage me from the deals I was looking for, and was ready to ask his manager about any questions I had. I'm on my 3rd lease, and have accompanied my parents to at least 3 of their own, and never have I had an experience where I immediately recommended and told everyone about this dealership. From Rick Farfan my salesman, to the receptionist, to the finance specialist Kevin, the entire experience was easy, and the pricing couldn't be better! More
