The dealership is also top notch very friendly staff . There isnt enough they can do for you. I am 57 years old and have never been to such reliable and great dealership. If there was more like Toms Ford alot more cars would be sold. Rather, he said he would be waiting and willing to help if I came back to purchase a Ford. Throughout the entire process, Rod was very flexible to my needs and was very friendly throughout the entire process. We laughed, we talked, we had a great time buying a car. This is our 3rd time visiting this dealership in the past 8 years and each time we leave with a happy purchase. All the staff are nice and greets everyone who walks through the door. The main associate we look for is Alexander Gilchrist, awesome guy! Can't say enough good thing about him, he always takes good care of us! Our latest visit, Marc Brennan walked us through a variety of cars, very helpful, nice and patient! We will continue to go back to Toms Ford Lincoln. He quoted me a good price with minimal - if any - haggling, and let me be on my way with contact info and no "You have to buy today" gimmicks. Mike promptly followed up and we made a deal. The whole process was smooth and painless. Signing the final papers and getting everything squared away took quite a while, (several hours including a break for lunch on my part) but Mike and the others at Tom's were more than accommodating. This was the smoothest, most stress-free experience we have ever had with leasing a car. Alonza Gilchrist is an excellent Sales Supervisor, who helped make our experience a great one. We had called him prior to coming to the site, and he was ready to help us when we walked in the door. He listened to what we wanted and related all of this information to our salesman, Mike Candeloro. Alonza continued to check in on us during our visit, to insure that everything was going the way we wanted. I might add it was very, very busy at the dealership that day, and we were still made to feel that we were the highest priority. Mike Candeloro was very accommodating and attentive, and gave his all to help us, by showing us several cars (moving cars around and bringing them to us since it was freezing and raining). Scott Nusbaum made the financing portion of our deal easy, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Tom's Ford is best dealership in New Jersey, thanks to the great staff! More
