Adam was the salesman who contacted me after i requested information on a car. Not surprisingly, I didn’t get approved for financing through them (thanks divorce!) so I told Adam I would contact my back. Ca information on a car. Called Adam multiple times to keep him updated and he would never return my call. I got the run around from other salesman about adams availability as well. I continued on with my financing and secured the cash and even had insurance on the vehicle. When Adam FINALLY answered his call, “oh, they sold that yesterday.” When asked why he would do that his response was “I can’t hold a car just because you were looking into other financing”. I mentioned that had he returned calls he would have known and I would have given him a down payment over the phone. After getting over how angry I was with Adam, I found a newer version for the same price and it’s being delivered to me. CASH SPEAKS ADAM!! Sorry ‘bout your loss. More

I can not begin to describe how disappointed I am in Tom's Auto. They said they would fix what ever was causing the check engine light. A week later I get my Buick back with no explanation. Then withi Tom's Auto. They said they would fix what ever was causing the check engine light. A week later I get my Buick back with no explanation. Then within 2 weeks the check engine light is back on. Tom's then had my vehicle for 10 days this time, returned it to me again with no explanation of what was fixed (even after asking) or any sort of paperwork for either time. Now the first time I go to drive my Buick I realize that my unopened 130 piece tool kit that I had in the vehicle for emergencies has been stolen. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had in buying a vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anyone after all the trouble I have gone through. In the first 30 days of owning my vehicle Tom's had it more in the shop(supposedly) than I had it to drive. More

Waited for months for my plates. Talked to my salesmen and ask where they were. He said they were way behind because of COVID. I did all the leg work. The sales experience was nothing spectacular. I was as easy sale as you get ever get. I did all the research. I bought the extended warranty. Thank god. Had the vehicle checked out the first week I had it by A certified Jeep dealer and they told me the rear end was shot. I called the dealer to inquire about the warranty process. The truck I was looking at was priced in at the high end of blue book value with paint chipping off all of the wheel wells, paint missing and rust below the drivers door and an over-zealous undercoating job. (the black undercoating was all over the red paint of the vehicle around the wheel wells, looks like whoever did that job might have had a few drinks beforehand!) The AC compressor was ticking like a time bomb, but they were unwilling to come down from the high end of blue book value! Avoid this place if you value your money. More
