Charged me $500 (2 hours of tech labor, I think) to change one front wheel bearing on a collector's Crossfire. About double what it should be. Asked them to put 33 psi in rear and 32 psi in front. The change one front wheel bearing on a collector's Crossfire. About double what it should be. Asked them to put 33 psi in rear and 32 psi in front. The tire pressure warning light was on. I checked and all 4 tires, had 38 psi. Way too much. This is an incompetent ripoff shop and I'll never be back. Don't subject yourself to this nightmare "business". More

I called many times, left several messages while working on my car and no one ever returned calls or answered my questions. I wont ever go back. When I questioned staff about it they responded “yes, we have some problems.” Really? Lots of other vw dealerships to go to folks. More
